REFUND POLICY

We believe you should be 100% satisfied with your products. Because our products are made with the cleanest and most nourishing ingredients, it’s easy to stand behind them. After, if a product isn’t the right fit for you, we will be here to help.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund on gently used products within 30 days of purchase from www.enbcosmetics.com (minus the cost of shipping). After 60 days, returns will be eligible for a store credit. *

*We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@enbcosmetics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

We’re sorry about that! If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at support@enbcosmetics.com and we’ll be sure to get you the ENB product you ordered!

How do gift returns or exchanges work?

If you were gifted a ENB product but it isn't what you had in mind, you can return your items for store credit. Please reach out to support@enbcosmetics.com with the gifter's first and last name, email address, and the products you’d like to return or exchange (the person that gifted you the product won’t be notified of any changes). Once locating the original order, we'll take care of it!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Yes. Items marked as final sale, partial return of gift sets and free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for returns. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
